The new location will give Lee's Summit residents another convenient breakfast and coffee stop on the west side of town.

Tiki Taco

Expected Opening: To Be Announced

Kansas City-based Tiki Taco has been expanding across the metro and is in final negotiations for a Lee's Summit location. The menu features street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, loaded fries and house-made salsas with influences from Mexican, Korean and California-style cuisine.

Dutch Bros Coffee

Expected Opening: Development Approved, timeline to be announced

Dutch Bros has submitted plans for its first Lee's Summit location. The drive-thru coffee chain is known for specialty coffee drinks, cold brews, energy drinks, smoothies and seasonal beverages. The proposed kiosk is part of the larger Oldham Village East project.

Future Restaurant Growth

In addition to these announced projects, Oldham Village East is planned to include multiple restaurant spaces as part of a larger mixed-use development that will bring retail, housing and entertainment options to the area. While many future tenants have not yet been announced, the project signals continued restaurant growth for Lee's Summit in the years ahead.

Whether you're craving barbecue, tacos, burgers or coffee, Lee's Summit's dining scene continues to grow alongside the community itself. It'll be interesting to see which restaurants are announced next as development continues throughout the city.
